Alton Towers

Thursday 25th April

I went to Alton Towers for an ACS trip; this was my first time going as i'm a fan of Thorpe Park.

Usually I'm quite a "pussy" when it comes to rides but i thought i would brave it out for my friends :(
I ended up going on Oblivion - BOY was i scared but i soldiered it up! b-). The feeling I got on that ride was indescribable I literally could not breathe.
Rita - This ride was nothing like we expected, I thought it was just a simple roller-coaster, well I was wrong, from the moment the ride started we kept going and it was soo fast but i loved it.
Thirteen was good, one of my favorite rides, similar to rita but not as fast, the ride then thought they would trick us, go into a dark room, have a drop then go backwards but it was fun!.
Nemesis was amazing also, the first one was mad i didnt really understand it, It was like a story, but all i know is i was creeped out cos as you were on the seats something kept poking your back and touching your feet :/. The actual nemesis was fun i loved it. Just dont like my legs being dangled all over the air though
Haunted house - well i think thats what it was called, it was quite boring until we got on the ride and it gave the illusion that we were spinning around the room. freaky but creative.
AIR - This ride was mad! like mad! it literally felt as if i was flying, I was 100% not going to go on it when i saw the position but i braved it out well and went on it. We even went back to go on it again its amazing but flipping scary.

We went on some next duck water ride aswell which was pretty cool, a couple drops that we didnt expect but it was fun..

Overall i loved Alton Towers, but compared to Thorpe Park its long. Long asin the walk around the theme park is too much and far away from each other..
I would give the overall day a 7 1/2 out of 10 :)
